At ECI Jewelers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your selection does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Your Package

  Place your jewelry in its original presentation box and include all certificates, appraisals, and warranty cards to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship with Insurance

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; all returns must be fully insured during transit.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition and authenticity, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
